In 1998, we opened our doors and we welcomed our first guests. We built this guest house with our heart, trying to combine the modern facilities with the traditional elements of our island. An oil lamp, a loom…everyday items of the past…

"LIKOUDI’S VILLAS" is located in Kioni, one of the most beautiful village of northern Ithaca, 25 km north of island’s capital Vathy.

Kioni was built during the 16th century, by inhabitants of the nearby mountain villages were seeking a way out to the sea.

"LIKOUDI’S VILLAS" is built within an area of 2.500m and is surrounded by garden.

In the premises exists a swimming pool with sea water and BBQ.

Each suite has balcony and terrace with amphitheatrical view of the village and the small port, where you can enjoy the sun rising from the sea.

Some suites have patio with direct access to the garden.

Suites of 4 persons, 3 persons and 2 persons are available.

From the island of Cephalonia which has an international airport accepting charter and private flights from all over the world (tel.: +30 26710 29900).

From the airport to the port of Sami there is a distance of 35Km and the taxi will cost around 30-34 Euros.

At the port of Sami (tel.: +30 26740 22031), you will travel by a ferry boat to Ithaca ("Piso Aetos" Port). The trip lasts about fifteen minutes.

You can also travel from the port of Patras (tel.: +30 2610 24000), Lefkada and Astakos.

At the port of "Piso Aetos" a car will be required to be expecting you (tel.: +30 26740 32703- +30 6974834163).
