Stefania Apartments is a small family housing estate consisting of one or two - room apartments and stands at Drosia, Kypseli, 12 Km away from the town of Zakynthos. It's a new construction of neoclassical style built by the sea.

It offers a parking lot and a garden, which ia an ideal place for kids.

The surrounding area is very peacefull, green, quite cool in summer with very clean seawater.

Just beside the apartments there is a traditional fish taverna and a few meters away there are three more restaurants, a pizzaria and a bar.

Aso, at a distance of 700 m. away there are a bakery - confectionery, a petrol station, a butcher's and a super market.

There is aslo a small harbour 100 m. away, where you can safely leave your boat.

Stefania Apartments have got two - room apartments. They consist of one bedroom with two single beds, a living room and a WC / shower.

In the living room there are two studio couches and a kitchenette ( fridge, cooker ).

It's also possible for a addition of one more folding bed ( for a kid ) with the extra charge of 10 Euro rer night.

The total area of each apartment is about 40 sq. m. and all the apartments have their own private veranda facing the sea.

There are two types of Studios at Stefania Apartments.

Type 1 : One bedroom with two single beds, private wc / shower, wardrobe, fridge and a private veranda facing the sea. The total area of the studio is about 18 sq. m.

Type 2 : One bedroom with two single beds, private wc / shower, wardrobe, fridge, a small cooker and a private verandah facing the sea. It is possible for this type of studio for a folding children's bed to be added with the extra charge of 10 Euro per night.The total area of the studio is about 20 sq. m.

Hospitality at Stefania apartments is the owners' priority and cleanliness is exemplary. Almost every day a cleaner will visit you for the most essentials and every tree days your bedsheets and towels will be changed.

Near the apartments ( 500 m. ) there is the most spectacular beach of ' Panagia Psarou' famous for its natural beauty and clean water ( it was awareded the E.E.C. blue flag.
